Do I need start cutting and pasting surveys from Surveyhead?

I did a survey from them that I know paid $1.50 for 10 minutes.I got the survey from their web site.Well it showed up in my account as .50 cents.I emailed them and this was their response

Dear ,

Thank you for the email and I do apologize for the inconvenience. I looked into the details of the survey in question and found that the reward for the same was $0.50 only. If possible, please email us back the invite you received for this survey so that I can check it with the Pm who is handeling this study.

In the meantime, if you need anything else, please let us know.

How can I do this?They never sent me the invite so I guess I'll have to settle for the .50 cents.Plus I don't do their email survey invites.I've done 3 with them and have had to fight them to get it and it's very aggravating.No more will I do that I have learned my lesson. I just wanted to warn others in case this becomes common place with them!
