Whatatay Posted September 24, 2010 Report Share Posted September 24, 2010 I believe the administrator lives on another planet as it took 5 years to open the boards that were closed due to an "upgrade" and it has been almost 70 years since their complaint section worked (due to being down for upgrades). I realize the admin probably has a day job but instead of stringing members around with unending "upgrades" for years, just have the complaint section link to BBB,org. Problem solved with very little effort. The BBB does a better job since they survey companies are more concerned about a complaint from the BBB as it can make their rating go down.
