Trouble with Maximiles?

Hadn't had any survey e-mails for a while so logged in - saw a couple but got a message that my e-mail was invalid & I must change it!

Sent query and just got this reply

"We are extremely sorry that you are having issues with your email address. Unfortunately, since our website update we have had some issues with members email addresses. Our technical team are trying to get this issue rectified as soon as possible, so members can start receiving surveys again. Please accept our apologies and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Thank you for your loyalty! We hope to see you soon in our website."
