Why dont all surey companies get pay-pal?

It's so easy and conient. Instead of mailing all these checks and maybe sae a bit considering they send probably thousands and thousands of checks ery month. Why dont OO, Toluna, Iposos, clearoice (I know they got payoneer but rather get it through paypal) etc.. all get paypal as a option? I think it will sae time. I mean it takes 2 seconds to send money. It's awesome when I got money from GPT sites, lightspeed, sureyspot through paypal because I got the pay-pal debit card so I can use it asap when I get the money.
