Another Lightspeed Scam

Just spent over 30 minutes on a Lightspeed Neilsen cell phone survey. I got 90% through and they were asking about demographics. Then when I clicked the icon to go to the next page the page just sat there loading. When I tried to reload the page, the "next" icon was no longer active. I tried to go backward to previous pages and although I could, the "next" icon still wouldn't work. I took a screen shot and sent it to Lightspeed but we know how they don't respond to emails lately. Same old garbage. Get all the answers and then have the survey fail on the demographic info so you don't have tp pay. I told them I expect to be paid the 150 points. If they don't it will just be another BBB complaint.

Untill about 6 months ago, I did fair with Lightspeed. Now all they send is the 30-40- minute surveys for 150 points, which isn't even a dollar fifty. I won't even look at these unless I am very close to cashing out. Lightspeed, like so many others that used to be good, have gone downhill in the past year or so. I don't know if its the economy or they just have so many people doing their surveys for nothing. But its a crime to spend 30 minutes on a survey and get squat!

I noticed they been slowing up on there payments also. There for awhile they were doing about 1 week delivery to paypal, now they are taking over 2 weeks!

While I agree with Whatatay regarding the poor payout amounts, I always request payment in the form of Amazon gift codes. They always are sent to my email within 24-48 hours.
