Zoom Panel - 40 Minutes of My Life Wasted

Zoom Panel burned me tonight.

I got an email stating:

Make your opinion count and earn ZoomPoints (100479733)

There's a new survey in progress and we'd like you to participate. Your opinions matter and they determine how our clients develop and improve their products and services.

-- If you complete the study, you will receive 100 or more ZoomPoints.

-- This survey will take approximately 30 or more minutes to complete

So I went off to do it (it was a lengthy survey about meal preparation, snacking, cooking, etc.)

40 minutes into it, I was told I did not fit the profile they needed and I'd be getting my 5 points and a pat on the head.

I used to recommend this firm, despite their somewhat paltry rewards options. No more. I'm leaving when I reach my next milestone.

They are pretty good at solving complaints. Just send them a email telling them how much points you were promised and how much time you spent and then got DQ for, they probably will give you the points. They have done that for me in the past.

They send alot of surveys but incentives suck. Why cant they offer amazon or paypal I dont get it.

I always DQ myself (say you are taking the survey on a game console) and get my 5 points. It takes a couple seconds and I don't waste time getting points for crappy overvalued items.
