The Surveyhead customer service staff have been lurking around these forums and fixed a problem I had with them after reading a post I made here. I'm very grateful and wish other survey companies would come here to read our complaints. I was very impressed with the emails I received from Surveyhead and the fact that they responded to my problem so quickly.

Most survey companies are too busy being dishonest and ripping off members. My Survey has said they no longer post points or length of surveys because they people will only do the paid ones and not the free ones. No kidding.
