Well looks like the joining of the two companies doesn't do anything for the quality of the surveys...Just finished an 80 pointer and asking if I'd like to be contacted further on this survey an whammo the next button produces.... :evil:

I've emailed them..we'll see what happens!

They're definitley having a laugh, just had a third survey blow up on me and still no reply from my previous enquiry. I think I'll be leaving these guys alone for a few weeks until they've sorted their problems out :evil:

I have not had any problems with Light Speed as of yet. But I have noticed that there time they pay though Paypal has slowed down, taking about 2-3 weeks now to get paypal payment! Use to only take about 1 week!

For some reason, I've never been able to access Lightspeed from my home computer. So I only take their surveys at my office on my lunch hour. Then, just this week, whenever I log on to Lightspeed, I'm not able to take a survey. As soon as I click on a survey link that's listed on the website, I get booted out with a message that they don't recognize my sign-in name or password. Funny... I was able to log on to the site to view my rewards, etc. I just can't click on a survey link. (and no, I haven't reported this to Lightspeed or the BBB - I assume this will fix itself eventually)

Same thing has been happening to me on and off for several months. Then suddenly it will stop. Then suddenly it will start up again. The only difference is that when it is happening to me, if I click to view my rewards, it will also bump me out. I doubt if reporting it would do any good, since you never get a reply to anything from them.

If you've been trying to resolve your situation with lightspeed via email, well, you're S@!$ out of luck. "Luaren" will never reply to you. She does not exist. I've heard of people calling them to get paid. I guess it does work for some people.
