lts111 Posted November 29, 2010 Report Share Posted November 29, 2010 Hi, I wrote a favorable "user review" for a company back in August, but my "star ranking" didn't reflect that somehow (only one star). After searching the forum, I understood I could not go back and edit or write another review or ranking (still highly favorable) for three months. It has been three months now and I was allowed to rank this company again but I was NOT given the opportunity to actually write a new "user review" or comments, nor to edit my previous one.
