Enough with QBORD! I filed a BBB complaint

I've had enough of QBORD not responding to my emails & calls to get my $35 Amazon gift cards that I redeemed months ago so today I filed a BBB complaint..Enough is enough of companies ripping us off for doing their surveys..

Complaint Description:
I'm a member of this survey company Qbord..I requested 2 Amazon Gift cards back in Feb of this year & neither card has been sent to me..I've sent multiple emails & tried to call the company & never once has an email or call been returned to me..I'd like my gift cards sent to me..here are the dates that they we're requested..The awards are based on a point system & I redeemed when I had enough points..I would like my rewards that I've earned by completing their surveys but they just won't respond to my emails or calls & I've seen many complaints on social media in regards to this company..could something be done please? Feb. 3, 2020, 10:45 a.m. Points redemption: $25 Amazon.ca. -2,525 Feb. 24, 2020, 11:56 a.m. Points redemption: $10 Amazon.ca. -1,025

Your Desired Resolution:
I would like my Amazon gift cards emailed to me like they should've been done months ago two cards that equal $35 in total..

This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at BBB. If your submission meets all the required criteria, it will be forwarded to the business for response within 2 days. Good for you. You have to stay on top of some of these penny pinching companies. All too often people just let it pass. You can't. Doing those surveys is a lot of work and time consuming. You are owed compensation.

Even after dealing with the BBB I still can't get anywhere with getting my gift cards from QBORD...what a scam company...I sent a complaint to the BBB & they've tried to contact them with no answer...so I guess I'm just out of luck with this company & will take the loss...I'd advise everyone to stay away from this crappy company
