Is Opinion Outpost Broken?

I have been a member of Opinion since 2013. I have really nver had a problem with them until recently, although I have heard a lot of complaints about them. I was really enjoying their new website because I qualified for better surveys and because I was a "diamond" memeber, I qualified for bonus points. I cashed out a lot more often on pay pal. 

This past week I have gotten no survey offers from them in my email or on their website. I completed one survey a few days ago, then nothing. There is no oppourtunity to do anything. It keeps saying update profile, which mine is at 100%. 

I am also not loving that they limit your pay outs to $10 increments and can only cash out for (2) $10 payments twice ina a 24 hour period.  They did not let us know about this feature, I had to figure it out on my own. That is why I'm thinking there might be a survey limit now? Or maybe a cashout limit?

I emailed them and have no response yet, and their chat bot is useless. 

Anyone else having trouble? Do you think they are closing down the site?

i've been getting less surveys from them too.  and do hate they only let you cash at $20 at a time, even tho the drop down menus have up to 5 cashouts.
