Are they allowed to do that?  I was not familiar with them, and I looked them up, and found out they used to be myvoice.  I think I used to be a member of myvoice a long time ago, but I am not sure.  I took a look at their reviews, and in general most of the reviews they have gotten in the last few years have been one star.  At least they do not request that you only leave a positive review.  All of the reviews seem to be from Great Britain.
