Geezer69 Posted December 26, 2020 Report Share Posted December 26, 2020 I received a notification that I needed to fill out a W9 form this Dec, as I had made over 600. They locked me out from taking more surveys or taking rewards until I did. Some of the rewards were travel miles (that expired because I didn't read the find print).
