QWERTY Posted February 5, 2011 Report Share Posted February 5, 2011 Tried to register two $20 ValuedOpinions gift cards with Amazon a few weeks ago. Both were rejected with a message stating the codes were registered with another account. Of course I only have one account with Amazon so something was fishy there. I shot an email to ValuedOpinions explaining the problem. Today I get a message saying they have put $40 back into my account. I checked and it's there. footfree Posted February 6, 2011 Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 They even read a complaint I made here on this panel and gave me their email address to have it corrected.The reason I made a complaint here was that they weren't answering my emails.It took them a long time to answer,but at least the situation was taken care of.
