I did request on 6th December, got acknowledgement on 7th. So allowing for holidays & weekend I should have been paid on 21st January. On 21st “Your recent cash redemption has just been processed to your nominated account.” Payment actually made today (26th) I intended to dump them, but whilst waiting did more surveys (if you don’t complete regularly they cancel you & keep credits) so have now got £8.
