So they use to send AGC but now they have hooked up a new online reward place- (cant remember name) so now when you cash in you have multiple places to choose from. My only problem with it now is when I turn my rewards in to get a gift card they expire in 1 year if not used all the places just not Amazon. It should never expire in imho .It wouldn't be a problem but I recently did a focus group  so it wasnt a 2 or 5 dollar payout,I mean it was a focus group money .It's like forcing me to spend my money on stuff I don't want or need just so the Amazon gift card doesn't expire .

Not sure what you mean? I haven't gotten a redemption since the change, but once you convert it to a gift card, it should just be that gift card? I certainly don't plan on redeeming for any of their other garbage than Amazon, so it's just one extra annoying hoop to jump through to get Amazon cash, but once you've converted it to Amazon... Amazon cash shouldn't expire no matter where it came from?

 Most of the cards do not expire.  Maybe a focus group is different. I have never done a focus group.

With Amazon you can put it in your account-redeem it, and it stays in your account until you use it.
