Inclusive Design in the Kitchen

Hello!

I'm a 2nd year Sustainable Product Design student. My current university project focuses on inclusive design and I am working to a brief to design a kitchen utensil which is suited to people who experience issues with grip, strength and dexterity.

I've had a large number of responses from younger people, and I'm really interested in gaining some insight from the older demographic (50+). If you have a few spare minutes I'd be really grateful for your input!
