Not qualifying for surveys before you even take them???

I just spent almost an hour on Inbox Dollars, and every survey i clicked on said "sorry you don't qualify", even before answering any questions.  So why are all those surveys in my survey queue?  they should know from my profile if i would remotely qualify, rather than waste my time with hving to click on every survey to find out i don't qualify for some reason.

and yes, i have cleared out my cookies , and rebooted and all the things they always say to do when you have a problem.

I think that Inbox Dollars doesn't know what it's doing, and also doesn't care.

I get that on more than one site. Big Brother is watching and they already know the answer. I use that saying a lot.
