First of all, you should have PayPal because that's how most of them pay you. So open up a PayPal account if you don't have one. Then go to the survey websites and register. Use the same email on all of them, the same one you use for PayPal and Amazon if you have it. My suggestions of the best sites: Prolific (app.prolific.co), Paid Viewpoint and Connect.cloudresearch.com. There are more but to me, these are the best.
