Blocked Due to Trojans

In the past two weeks I have been getting this message about once a day when I go to take a survey from a few sites. I have Avast and Malwarebytes and have had them for a long time and I never got that pop up message until lately. Of course I am given the choice to go to the site if I wish but I always back out. I don't take surveys from many sites and Tellwut seems to be the worst culprit, among a few others. So far I have not had a problem like this with Paid Viewpoint.

Are you finding such a pop-up as of late? Thanks!
