Live Tribe Survey Rewards

I have been waiting since January for a $20 reward, they say it will be received in 6 - 8 weeks ?? It is now nearly 12 weeks and still nothing!! I have sent numerous messages to them they appologise and say it should come within the next few days. Yea sure??

Why can't they do like other companies and email a gift card within 24 hours to use immediately. NOT GOOD ENOUGH LIVETRIBE!!

Is anyone else having the same issues with this Survey company. They used to be good but not any more.

The grifters that run that site don't want to pay you. It's that simple.

I never heard of this company.  But I will surely never join if the opportunity arises.

Sorry for your troubles, but any warnings like that are appreciated here. I'm about to drop one and could use a new one, and I love knowing which ones to avoid.

I redeemed a $50 paypal reward just over two months ago, still not recieved it, have emailed a couple of times, got a reply saying they were waiting for more funds to be cleared, then got reply to second email saying it would be paid by the 1st July 2024?  Don't know what to believe now, and still getting emails for surveys, but currently not doing any offered, and if and when I get my reward payment to PayPal, I will be leaving this site as well..Seems to be happening with a lot of sites lately.

Updated to my missing reward payment - just got another email from LiveYribe supposrt saying all rewards would be paid SOMETIME in July 2024!!  The reason beins is still that they are having issue with site updates or something along those lines, but as I've said, it hasn't stopped the surveys being sent out nor the forum posts being added??  I really doubt that I will see my reward at all now.  So if and when they do pay, hahah, I'll be removing myself from this site also.

The LiveTribe website has many serious technical issues. Livetribe removed my hardly earned points a couple of times and reinstated them after I complained enumerous times.It's been more than 3 months since I made multiple reward redemptions, and none have been honored yet.I am hopeless now about these shitpeople and their fake promises and have decided to boycott. I think unsubscribing from this survey site will delete my account, and in the future, I won't get any more rubbish survey invitations from this company.

I finally got my paypal reward this morning...have sent it off to my bank, will wait and check to make sure I've go it LOL, then will be cancelling my account with this mob - I've had enough for many reasons,

iLink sold LiveTribe and all its products to PureProfile for $1.25 million. From that amount, iLink paid some members their reward redemptions for future surveys. All others were ignored. They didn't pay me, and in the future, the situation will be the same as before.

I have been a member of LiveTribe for more than 6 years, and initially it was okay, but the last 2-3 years it became worse in terms of reward payments and website technical issues like member mobile number verification, reward redemptions, etc. My last 2 reward redemptions were not paid, and while the company, i-Link Research, owned LiveTribe, somehow sold this waste to Pureprofile and escaped. Whatever issues with LiveTribe for more than 3 years are still not solved, and members data is not at all safe with them. I stopped doing their surveys and deleted my account.

The technical glitch with the LiveTribe website that is inadvertently redeeming points and unsubscribing accounts is still not fixed, and they proved useless in this effort. From their insincere confession , it's clear they can't fix this issue with LiveTribe website for more than 2 years.

Without my knowledge, many times LiveTribe redeemed my points and unsubscribed from my account, and I reported this issue to the support team. Now I realize my personal information is not safe with them, so even though I have huge points to redeem multiple rewards, I am quitting this rubbish survey site.

I still haven't been able to cancel my account with this mob, and after doikng acouple of surveys recently, and being screened out at the very end of the survey, I never received the 160 points that I had to click on to get for screenouts.

When I sent an email about this I got a reply as follows.... "

All I can say is that thanks for the points, I think, and again I am still not able to claim my rewards, nor can I cancel my account with them ??  Major problems on this site lately and personally, I feel the problems seem to be happening ever since they joined up with PureProfile...but I could be wrong.  The problems they are having are also taking a very long time to get sorted and surely that says something as well.. ??
