footfree Posted June 7, 2011 Report Share Posted June 7, 2011 So they owe me 75 points tried to contact them on their web site but it said server down.Someone here suggested Facebook but I cant find them there.Am I the only one having problems contacting them or is anyone else here tried and cant do it? I clicked on the "contact us" thing and was able to send them a message on it. I do know a few weeks ago I went to the BBB about a 500 point survey that I spent over 30 minutes on answering questions on a product, one of those drag and drop things. They responded to the BBB refusing to pay for it saying that I didn't quilifiy for it. I of coursed didn't except it demanding the 500 points be credited. Now my account is inactive. So I don't know if it is because like you said problems with there website or they kicked me out! I had close to 1000 points with them! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
