2ticked Posted August 2, 2011 Report Share Posted August 2, 2011 I have been doing surveys with Toluna for about a year and have noticed a disturbing trend with a Ipsos Interactive. I don't know if this is a survey provider, or an engine that runs surveys, but have kept track of my dealings with this particular company and have noticed that they do a lot of collecting of the information from survey takers but abruptly ends surveys without crediting points. Today is the last straw for me. I will be pulling out all of the stops including filing complaints with any and every body I can think of. If it means I no longer remain a member of Toluna then so be it. Companies need the opinions of consumers, and if they say they will reward you for your time and thoughts then they need to do it.
