Has anyone else had problems with Springboard UK for missing rewards?

I took up the opportunity back in June 2011 to download the crowdlab application on my smartphone and participate in a coffee project. For this I was offered an incentive of #10.00 GBP then after a couple of other bits and pieces was offered an additional #5.00.

However, after numerous emails and then actually writing to them directly, not only have i not received my incentive but not received any response to my correspondence except from an automatically generated response saying they will contact me regarding this.

I'm getting rather annoyed now, after putting in so much work to not get anything back.

My thoughts on this company is that they are thieving gits!!!!!!
