GTM,Ipsos and My OPINION Now

I'm having the same issue with each one.They owe me points and they don't want to give them to me.GTM says they will investigate the issue and get back to me.This has been going on since the 3rd of this month and it's for a 15 pt. survey.Ipsos same thing they'll investigate and get back to me.This has been going on since the 29th of Sept..They owe me points so I wrote them and they said you were paid the pts. on 9/10.I wrote back and told them I didn't even take the survey until the 19th of Sept.so how can I get pts for a survey I have even done yet?My Opinion Now wont even answer my emails and these are for surveys done back in Aug..And they wonder why we get upset with them?Anyone else have problems?How and did you get them resolved without playing this stupid cat and mouse game?
