tommydee Posted November 10, 2011 Report Share Posted November 10, 2011 Unfortunately, I do not have many good things to report about the survey world these days, but I can tell you that Toluna has one of the most ethical and helpful customer service areas out there. Do they pay the best or quickest? No. Do I sometimes have to inquire about credit? Yes. However, when I reached out to them today telling them a fellow forum friend had some troubles and really deserved some answers they got back to me within seconds with contact info for that person. Each and every time I have reached out to them they have treated me with respect with no template responses. I know we all have different scenarios with the companies, but I think they are wonderful..and hope it works out for our forum friend. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
