I put in the user name that has always worked and my password to be told that it is wrong. I emailed their customer service and asked them to reset the password. The first time it was to short and wouldnt work the second time I just get its wrong. Waiting back on response now. I was told by the CSR that they were able to get into my QR account with the password they sent so who knows what the problem is. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
