RavenIris6 Posted January 18, 2012 Report Share Posted January 18, 2012 I don't normally have super luck with survey companies when I get errors but these two panels have been great when I had errors. For e-rewards, I had an error and shot them an email about it. They credited my account the amount I should have made for the error. Same thing with Valued Opinions. They credited me for a survey that I completed all the information on that disqualified me when I answered (at the end of the survey ) that I was from PA. I have to give raves when I get good service because it doesn't happen very often with these panels these days. Yeah for good customer service. It's not just survey panels that seem to suffer from a lack of quality customer service these days. I'm happy whenever I have a good experience!
