abby63 Posted March 8, 2012 Report Share Posted March 8, 2012 I did one that said 1 minute for 5 points - I thought if it's only 1 minute okay. Well it turned into 20 -25 minutes. I emailed OO about this and they replied that yes it stated 1 minute for 5 points and that it took me 36 minutes to do. No apologies for how long it ended up taking or extra points for the survey taking so long. I replied that it was misleading and misrepresentation of timeframe to complete and this was not fair. Their reply was that it was not their say on how long the survey is and that it is the clients and they would forward my feedback to them In other words too bad!
