Leefall Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 Outstanding service. Whenever I have a problem Isabel at customer service responds and it is not a generic response. Problem is always corrected. For example, I was unable to complete a short profile and could not continue. I emailed Isabel and was informed there was a technical problem and I would be receive the correct points. Compare her response to GTM generic responses. I find Valued Opinions pays well. It can take over a month for some surveys to be credited but they are always listed in pending immediately upon completion. Their prelims are not abusive and they do not frustrate like GTM or OO. I consider them one of the ones I will keep after I unsubscribe from the others that have been downgraded. I rate Valued Opinions 95% if they had Paypal I would rate them 100%.
