I have been a member of this site for a long time now and eventually I did win. It was £20 which I won in 2011 as the prize was in two parts it meant that I had to wait until i won my second £10 before making my claim. They say that payment will be made within 60 days of claim being made. I did claim in November 2011 and still I have not been paid my winnings depsite constantly sending them feedback about it and they keep coming back to me to tell me that one of their team will be in touch. That has never happened. I wonder how many more are waiting to be paid, as my wife Jean won £20 in 2010 and claimed in OCTOBER 2010 and has still not been paid.

I am sorry you have not been paid. I think this is a good learning lesson for others, though, to read terms of service. I, personally would be wary of any site that tells me I have to win twice before I can get my money! You're not actually winning anything if you have to do something else to get it.
