OO customer service finally answers..are they sick?

For once I had a problem go through smoothly and fixed with OO. My account got frozen and I was able to fix it. I finally got a hold of a live person on the phone after 8 months of that automated message system :D

They upgraded their databases in dec 2011 and many members had issues like frozen accounts and existing points not showing up on the new database.

They recently mailed me that they have fixed it and all my points are moved to the new system.

It took an awful and painful 4 months to do but i m pleased they ve done it finally.

I lost count of the reminder i have dropped them to let me know when the transfer of the point s will happen.

At last its done though.

OO was so cool back them and was my favourite. It had the most interesting surveys than any other site.

Their surveys were always close to what i experience in my day to day life.

And then the merge happened , now i see many surveys with one third their original incentives and many dq s or quota fulls.

If they have to be back in the top ten, they have to do a clean up act like SH.
