i don't usually complain about them but a few days ago i did a survey and instead of points it gave me an entry.. i've been going back and forth with them on email now 6 times and i get the same below reply every time.. as though they're not even reading my concern.

return to the link and try to complete the survey again.

it can't be incomplete because i completed it, and if i go to the link again it tells me i already did it.

again.. i think it's set up to auto reply based on survey number.. this is ridiculous, the 7th time i get the same reply.

i don't know how to email them though because they require a survey number in their contact form
