Resolution panel-do you know who they are?

Well I signed up and did a small survey for like a .25.Then I went to their web site and went to cash out because I wanted to see what the threshold is on payout.Well low and behold they are clearvoice.So after seeing that I wont be doing anymore surveys .I had more trouble getting this company to pay me for surveys I did then I care to think about.In fact I quit with money pending .They never wanted to answer my emails or anything so if anyone is with them be careful.Or if you are with them have they changed or are they as bad as ever?
