Just wanted to ask if anyone has ever used paypal to pay bills online , for example, cable bill, phone bill , stuff like that ? and if so how does it work. I'd also be interested in learning about it too. I'm not sure all online sites take it though. If they do, there is usually an option for it when you are checking out. Good thread. The directions are on their site and it is what it sounds like - a debit card linked to your paypal account. You also earn .01% cash back with most purchases. avemaria Posted June 30, 2012 Report Share Posted June 30, 2012 they would have to mention it on their website if they accept paypal first.. you can't use paypal with someone that doesn't want to receive it that way.. they'd have to have a setup account to receive.. but major bills like you mentioned usually have online payment options anyhow. Instructions 1 Get the PayPal email address of the person you want to send your payment to. Sign up now. www.PayPal.com 3 Locate and click the "Send Money" link at the top of the page. 4 Type the PayPal email address--or phone number,if applicable--of the payment recipient into the "To" box. 5 Enter the amount of the transaction, without dollar signs, in the "Amount" box. Thanks so much again less then today more then tomorrow (I guess I'm board I got bit by a spider the other day right between my nose and top lip, woke up the other morning top lip was so swollen looked like I'd been 10 rounds with Rocky.
