footfree Posted July 2, 2012 Report Share Posted July 2, 2012 Since they were bought out by Ipsos it seems to be going down hill fast.The point value is less plus it takes them forever to give you your points.Not a real big fan of them anymore. nj07208 Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 I hadn't received one in about 3 weeks and then I got 4 in the last 7 days or so. They're next on my list to go. I've been trying to get a £10 voucher out of Synovate / Wonderbug since 28th May. I have sent them 7 emails and only received 2 replies. I have had no contact off Lauren since 23rd June, and am getting very angry.
