I have sent several emails, to no avail, asking for help, but 9 times out of 10, the letters are either all jumbled together or cut off where its not showing all the letters. I can not copy and paste any part of it to ask very frustrating. There is no way to get it to reload to change the letters and the searches are completely useless to me. Comments? Ideas?
