I received this message from the BBB :

Business Name: Global Test Market

Thank you for contacting the BBB. We have reviewed your case and determined that the business is located and/or headquartered outside of our service area. Therefore, we have closed your case.

How can I file a complaint against GTM, if they are outside their service area??

I have only used the BBB twice and both times it was for sites in New York, and that is who handled it.

So I am not sure if you went to the right people or not. Hmmmmm.....
