I-Say deactivated my account

It looks like i-say have deactivated my account because I am unable to login and I have not received any surveys about 1 week ago. I emailed them and I am waiting for their response. I always take the time to complete their surveys and I have 1 account only, there are no reasons to deactivate my account. I have noticed a negative change since they are with synovate, I was receiving low paying surveys for longer time but I never expected the deactivation of my account. I have read other posts saying the same about i-say, it looks they have enough panel members to deactivate any account without reasons.

If you have a Facebook account, go on there and leave a message (it's under "I-say"). They will respond much quicker. A lot of people have noted the same thing about sending in questions thru customer service.
