I am not sure if I hit the button twice or what happened but I get: You have already submitted a response to this survey. I have no clue what they are talking about because it is 100% false. I know in some surveys I can get that if I hit a button twice but as far as already submitting this survey that did not happen. Have to wait and see what OO tells me. ssssurvey Posted April 8, 2013 Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 The same exact thing happened to me! I was also annoyed because it said it would take 12 minutes, and it took 25. I emailed them and haven't heard back. These people really need to test these surveys. I used to write surveys. It is not that difficult to test them. I never ONCE had an error.
