Ever since they changed their name from SURVEYHEAD to I-POLL all I keep getting is disqualifications or the surveys are already closed!!!! I e-mailed them again today asking them why I keep getting surveys in my box that are already closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is total B.S. having to click on their surveys all day wondering if I will be able to complete one!!!!! I also get messages that I have already completed the survey also!!!! avemaria Posted June 9, 2013 Report Share Posted June 9, 2013 my frustration is i have a list full of ones that really aren't worth it for the time.. the only good thing is by now i know which ones to avoid... also you have to put on your survey vision and calculate like you're using a broken thermometer that is a few degrees off.. Huntress Posted June 9, 2013 Report Share Posted June 9, 2013 Same thing happens to me with iPoll. I rarely am able to complete one of their surveys--I'm either disqualified or the survey is closed. It is very frustrating. In addition to emailing, maybe post your comments on the rankings page here (under Surveyhead). I know Opinion Outpost is aware of SurveyPolice because they ask panelists to review them here, so I bet other survey sites are also aware of the comments and rankings on this site. Then you should make sure to review them on the rankings page. I think it's important that we share our experiences with the public. It will help the perspective panelists avoid the bad ones and maybe cause a change in practices at the companies if they are publicly called-out for bad policies, etc. Of course, if you have good experiences those should also be shared.
