I was approached to join this new panel, BigSpot, a couple of days ago. I couldn't find out anything on them on Survey Police. l did join at no charge. They had a lot of surveys that paid from $1.00 to $2.50. Many of these surveys were not from partners I had seen on the other panels I participate in.

On their Web site FAQ there is this:

We are proud to offer a diverse reward program to thank you for your time. From magazine subscriptions* to Amazon gift codes**, our program is second to none! Our panel team directly sources some of the most popular electronically-fulfilled rewards. In addition to these rewards, you may also donate your reward to a wide variety of global charity organizations. The key to our success is a rewards program as diverse as our members!"

But I noticed on my dashboard that the only reward shown was PayPal. So, I sent this inquiry, "On my dashboard the only reward listed is PayPal. Do you offer Amazon cards?"

Support quickly sent the following reply: "Our only payment option is Paypal at the present moment."

Big Spot is advertized on TV but I have never done any of them, sorry can't help you on this one............

This post was actually nothing more than an FYI in case somebody else who is not a PayPal fan follows in my footsteps. I figure if they contacted me recently they have contacted hundreds, thousands of others.

Sorry but that's not a reliable way to judge a "good" or "bad" company. Some will communicate with members no problem when it comes to general questions but once you try to file a complaint you get the run around or simply don't hear anything at all.

BigSpot has many, many complaints that I found with just one web search ranging from bait and switch to phishing and everything in between.

If they said that at this present time, their payment method is paypal, maybe they are OUT OF STOCK of the other rewards. It's possible, since this does happen with Myview and Valued Opinions sometimes. Keep checking back at the rewards (if you stay a member) because maybe they will stock up again on those other rewards.
