peach6 Posted September 12, 2013 Report Share Posted September 12, 2013 I am not sure what is happening with GTM I had a survey this morning that was to take 5 minutes for 15 points ..there is no way it could be done in 5 minutes it took 20 minutes. Sounds like mysurvey 8 minute survey 20 points took more like 15 minutes!When they asked for my comment on the survey I told them not to lie to me or I wouldn't be doing their surveys.I absolutely cannot stand being told one a time frame that's not true -well unless it's shorter then expected. danielle1234 Posted September 12, 2013 Report Share Posted September 12, 2013 im really disappointed with GTM. had 3 surveys in a row, got into about 15 minutes, clicked an answer, said sorry you have been screened out. I guess they are having problems. contacted and was sent a canned message. The same thing happened with resolution research, but they gave me the incentive, plus extra.
