I have been a member for a while, but forget too often either my user name or password. I get e-mails from them but an error message saying this e-mail doesn't exist. Requests for password reset, when I manage to long in with my correct e-mail, then are not recognized by their own system, when I just got it from them. A big headache, granted and I would not be still working with them except I have the $20. payout amount and I want to get that and the jettison them like a bad dream. SeriousSurveyer Posted September 21, 2013 Report Share Posted September 21, 2013 I joined them for about two seconds but then dropped them because I didn't like the surveys they offer. I do remember contacting their customer service about an issue I was having with payment and they got back to me in a day or so, so you might try that if you're having login trouble.
