Leefall
Tellwut offers VISA. Is it a physical VISA card that I can use at my local supermarket or does it have to be used online? Had a problem understanding because it mentions that the VISA is mailed directly from Walmart
Huntress
I am pretty sure it's a physical Visa card. It might be the Vanilla visa gift card which Walmart offers, so you can take a look at that on Walmart's site. I normally redeem my survey rewards for Visa Promo Codes (which are like a credit card, but can only be used online or on phone orders)--I then order gift cards online from my local grocery stores applying the Visa Promo Code. What I'm planning on doing with Tellwut rewards is to redeem the Tellwut points for a Walmart gift card and then go to the Walmart site and purchase my own visa gift card because it's cheaper to do obtain it thru Walmart than Tellwut--here's why: If you go thru Tellwut, it's a 20% fee-i.e., 12,000 points for a $25 visa gift card vs 10,000 for a $25 walmart GC. AT Walmart, the higher you go in denomination, the lower the fee is as a %: $25 Visa GC is $27.88 (12% fee) $50 Visa GC is $53.88 (8% fee) $100 Visa GC is $105.38 (5% fee) $200 Visa GC is $206.88 (3% fee)
