hpilgrim1 Posted October 15, 2013 Report Share Posted October 15, 2013 Finally ditched My Survey... I have had 870 points for months. I SHOULD have 1150 points. I just spent nearly an hour doing two surveys for which I was to receive 200 points... needless to say, I didn't get any points at all. This same thing has happened the last three times I have done surveys for them- I contacted them, but only got a generic form letter back that didn't address the problem at all. I can't take it anymore. I have been a member there for YEARS. Can't believe how they have declined. Can't believe they would treat a long-time panelist this way. footfree Posted October 15, 2013 Report Share Posted October 15, 2013 I feel your anger -they have done the exact same thing to me.I'm really thinking of walking with the 240 in my account.I will not do anymore surveys until they pay me for the past due surveys.
