Trueblue Posted October 19, 2013 Report Share Posted October 19, 2013 While I don't qualify for a lot of surveys, I have to say that in my opinion, their customer service is best in class. Why? Because inquiries to customer service are 1) displayed on the members home page, 2) responses are shown linked to the original inquiry on the homepage and 3) their responses are quick. They are the model for other sites to follow - Hear that GTM, My Survey, IPoll etc.....??? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
