Survey Spot..im confused!

I reckon this is another day of weirdness. I just tried to redeem $7.74 for an amazon gc. well they got it now where you have to give them a phone # to get a pin# to get your reward. ok, I gave them my home phone #. they call me, I answer..right away,... surprise an automated being tells me they cant give the pin to an answering machine. DO WHAT!! ive got confidence that im not an answering machine. I tried it several times. same thing each time. emailed them about it. well I tried using my cell#. guess what? surprise again! same thing. emailed them again. whats up with these people?!!(errr, I mean machines. )

That happened to me the first time I tried it on Opinion Outpost., so I just took paypal. I tried it again a couple of months later and it worked. Maybe that happens the first few times you try.

A friend of mine joined recently but all she was offered were 10 and 20 point surveys and as the paypal cashout is 1000 points for $10 she wasn't prepared to work for 10cents/20cents a survey. I must confess this is lowest paying I have heard on any site!
