All you need is a working computer and internet connection, no head set. No cold calling. It is best accessed with Google Chrome. Joining is easy. Humanatic only requires you to tell them about your current/recent employment history. You don’t need to mention specific company names of where you work. They use the information to shield you from any calls that would represent a conflict of interest (someone you know). They have three different types of calls you can review. Why Calling -You have to determine why the caller is calling..answers may vary -Pays 1.8 cents -The most pay out but the most hardest because sometimes the call reason is not so clear..answers may vary or be disputed.. Live Conversation – Inbound -You have to determine if the caller was properly connected with a qualified agent -Pays about 1 cent a review) Live Conversation – Outbound -You have to determine if the employee (the caller) reached the intended person -Pays about 0.6cents -easiest to do but less amount of pay They pay weekly on Monday Afternoons, you need a minimum of 10$. Tips from my limited experience. -Best hours to check for calls to review are 8am to 5pm..some days til 7pm Monday thur Friday -You get bonuses (20 or 30 cents) after so many correctly reviewed calls -Outbound is easiest but pays the less -Why calling is tricky but pays more -NOTE: if you review a call and answer incorrectly that amount will be deducted from what you have earned -NOTE: if you work too fast..they will force you on a minute break -If you work a few hours everyday (about 2 hrs) you can make about (10$ or a little more a week) It's not a survey but its a nice way to make a little extra a week... http://www.humanatic.com/pages/login.cfm - Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
