OPG4 Really is this their time payout frame

I get a survey to do and read the invite.The pay $2. no time was specified but this is what it says about payment/

▪ End Date: February 02, 2015 14:46 CST (Note: This survey is offered on a 'first-come, first-served' basis and is quota-based. Once all responses have been collected, the survey will close on or before the end date).

▪ Payment for completing activity: $2.00 USD

So does this mean I do the survey now and then I will get paid next year?What are you kidding me?Aint no way I'm waiting a year for the payment to be made to my account.I think this should be illegal I bet they are banking on people forgetting about payment or something sounds mighty suspicious to me..................
